It contains information on why Barack Obama created the health reform. Simply put, wages, salary, or any income during the past decade did not increase as fast as health care premiums. Premiums on health care increased four times as fast as America’s average income.

This source seems to back itself up quite well. It cited many sources at the bottom of the link. As for the information found in the article itself, it showed readers the layout and challenges of the health care reform in the present and future.
